After working with an unethical company for over a month in an attempt to sell my house, I was very discouraged. I was happy to find Mathew Dool, and he made me a fair offer on my house. I ended up having some title issues that had to be handled before I could sell, and Mathew patiently waited as I worked with my attorney and Mathew’s title and escrow people. It took about two months to clear the title but Mathew honored the deal, and we closed in just over a week. My family and I were very happy to be able to conclude the transaction so quickly. And the entire team was great to work with, especially Amanda, the escrow officer. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!
